How to make
Pour the gelatin with 2/5 cup (100 ml) of lukewarm water. Wait a few minutes for it to swell, then melt it in a water bath.
Dissolve the sugar in the yogurt, by stirring, until the crystals dissolve.
Finely chop the bananas, mash them and add them to the milk. Stir and add the dissolved gelatin.
Divide the jelly mixture into appropriate bowls.
Put the banana cream in the fridge and when it hardens it's ready to serve.
The banana jelly with yogurt is very tasty.
