  • water - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • yogurt - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • chokeberry - 20 pcs.
  • honey - 1 tsp.

How to make

Put the chia seeds in a bowl and pour 100 ml of cold water.

After 15 minutes, the seeds will swell and turn into jelly.

Sprinkle them with 10 chokeberries mixed with a teaspoon of honey.
