How to make
Put the chia seeds in a bowl and pour 100 ml of cold water.
After 15 minutes, the seeds will swell and turn into jelly.
Sprinkle them with 10 chokeberries mixed with a teaspoon of honey.
Then pour 100 ml of full-fat yogurt over it and add the rest of the chokeberries on top.
The chia jelly with yogurt and chokeberry is a super breakfast for everyone.
