Ingredients

  • bread - 6 pcs. (toast slices)
  • peanut butter - 125 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • milk - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cinnamon powder
  • For garnish
  • yogurt - 7 oz (200 g)
  • honey

How to make

Cut out the crusts of the bread. Using a rolling pin, roll out the slices of bread. Spread them with peanut butter and roll them up into rolls.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the milk. In another bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon and stir.

Heat a frying pan with oil on the hob. Dip each roll in the egg mixture and fry, until it aquires a golden color. Roll the rolls in the cinnamon sugar while they're still hot.

Serve the eggy bread garnished with yogurt and honey.
