How to make
To make the sandwiches even, put them together 2 by 2 and cut the crusts on all sides.
Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into thin slices.
Place a row of tomatoes on each slice, add mozzarella and tomatoes again on top. Cover with another slice of bread.
Very briefly dip the edges of the prepared sandwich in cold water and immediately afterwards in flour.
This is done to seal the filling, so that it doesn't come out when frying. You should dip it briefly in milk and beaten egg.
Roll it well in breadcrumbs. Place the bread slices on a plate and refrigerate them for 20 minutes.
They must be cold, so that the mozzarella does not come out and the sandwich becomes crunchy.
Fry the cooled slices with a savory filling, until they're nicely browned.
Take out the delicious eggy bread and place them on a paper towel, so that it can absorb the excess fat.
A delicious breakfast is obtained!
