How to make

Sift the flour, make a well. Add the salt, 1 egg and beer and knead a dough. If it needs more liquid, pour in some extra cool water.

Roll out a thick sheet, smear it with butter and cut out circles. In the middle of each circle, put a filling of crumbled feta cheese, 1 pinch baking soda and part of the other egg.

You can also use finely chopped ham for the filling.

Fold each circle in 2. Smear with egg on top.

Bake in a buttered tray in a highly heated oven.

Serve warm.
