How to make
Put the water to boil with the butter. Add the flour all at once and stir quickly to get a smooth dough. Add the crumbled feta cheese and then remove from the stove. Once the dough has cooled down, add two eggs and a little black pepper while stirring.
Heat plenty of oil for frying. Mix the dough with a wet spoon and drop a ball of it at a time in the preheated oil to fry until ready. Serve these French buns hot and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
