How to make
The yeast and sugar are dissolved in the warm milk. Cover the dish and leave to stand for 10-15 minutes until it activates.
In a well in the sifted flour with salt, add the yeast, olive oil, and hot water. Gradually knead a smooth dough. Put it in a greased bowl, cover it with a cloth and leave it in a warm place to rise until doubled in volume.
Once risen, roll the dough out into a sheet and smear it with olive oil, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and roll it up. From the roll, cut out identically sized pieces. Then place the resulting buns in a greased tray and put it in a cold oven.
Bake the feta cheese buns for about 30 minutes at 360°F (180 °C). Brush the hot buns thoroughly with butter.
