How to make
Sift the flour and put it in a deep bowl. Make a well in the middle, to put the salt, sugar and oil. The yeast cube is dissolved in 2/5 cup (100 ml) of milk and mixed well until you get a uniform mixture, and then pour it into the well with the other products.
Finally, break 1 egg and begin kneading by adding a little bit of the remaining milk to allow the products to gradually mix.
Set the dough aside for 30 minutes, covered with a cotton cloth to rest and rise.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling my mixing the eggs, yoghurt and feta cheese well. The dough is divided into balls. Roll each one out to a thickness of 0.4″ (1 cm), brush with melted butter or margarine and cut it into parts, which will form the buns. Optionally, you can cut thinner triangles and make scones.
1 teaspoon of the filling is placed at the center of each piece of dough, roll it up well, so as to look like a bun. The finished buns are then lined in a pan, pre-greased with oil. Between them, there must be at least one finger of space. Prior to baking, leave for another 20 minutes to rise, then brush them with egg yolk.
Place a small piece of butter or margarine on each bun, sprinkle it with sesame seeds and bake it in a moderately pre-heated oven at 390°F (200 °C). The buns with eggs and feta cheese are ready in about 30-40 minutes.
