How to make
Turn on the oven to heat up to 360°F (180°C).
Prepare a tray lined with baking paper. Grease the paper. Mine is 11″ (28 cm) in diameter.
Separate the whites from the yolks. Use two bowls.
Add the cream cheese and baking powder to the egg yolks.
Beat the whites first, until a smooth and white mixture is obtained. Immediately after that, beat the egg yolks with the cream cheese.
Pour the mixture with the yolks into the whites and mix with a spatula by hand. Stir slowly and carefully! A fluffy mixture is obtained.
Pour the mixture into the baking pan and spread it out.
Bake at 360°F (180°C).
When you see that the crust is baked on the bottom, take it out and turn it over. Add toppings according to your taste and place it back into the oven to finish off baking.
I spread the keto pizza crust with sugar free tomato paste. I added some smoked bacon and olives. I grated cheddar.
I added pepper slices on top of the keto pizza and finished it off with very little yellow cheese.
