How to make
Beat the eggs into an omelet and pour them into a medium-sized baking tray greased with oil (olive oil). Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 390°F (200 °C).
In the meantime, cut the peppers and carrots, crumble the feta cheese. Once the eggs are ready, take them out and top with the chutney (tomato paste). On top, arrange the peppers and carrots, and finally sprinkle with feta cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes more.
