How to make
Put the washed and cleaned cauliflower in a food processor, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and add the salt.
Leave the resulting mixture for 10-15 minutes and strain the separated water.
Add the eggs and black pepper.
Spread the resulting mixture evenly on a tray lined with baking paper.
Bake the cauliflower pizza crust in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
Remove the pizza crust from the oven and spread the tomato puree, bacon, grated cheese and sprinkle the keto pizza with savory herb.
Bake the keto pizza for another 10 minutes, until the yellow cheese has melted.
