How to make
From the listed products, knead a soft and elastic dough.
Leave it to rise and divide the dough into parts (however many pizzas you will make).
Spread one part of the dough into a thin crust in a suitable baking pan. Spread with tomato puree, arrange mozzarella pieces, prosciutto and fig slices (leave a few for decoration).
Sprinkle with black pepper, basil and olive oil. Leave the pizza to rise for 15 minutes. Bake each pizza at 390°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
Serve the pizza with fig slices.
The pizza with prosciutto, figs and mozzarella is ready.
