How to make
Spread the lavash with the lutenitsa.
Cut the mozzarella and grate the gouda.
Add the prosciutto and mozzarella on the lavash bread and sprinkle with the gouda.
Bake the thin-crust pizza in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) (only the top resistor wire on), until the gouda has melted.
Take out the protein pizza with prosciutto, sprinkle it with the spices and serve it.
