How to make
Put the cooking grid on the bottom of the oven and preheat to 390°F (200 °C). Prepare the dough for the pizza crust as follows:
Dissolve the yeast in the cup of water. In a tray, sift the flour and add the sugar, salt, oil or olive oil. Make a well in the middle of the flour, pour in the water with the yeast and begin to knead. Leave the dough to sit for about 15 minutes. Combine the tomato juice and garlic, then chop the prosciutto or smoked ham into slices, but not too thin.
With floured hands, put the dough in a greased tray. Pour the tomato mixture, onion and mozzarella over the pizza crust. Sprinkle it with basil, arrange ham or prosciutto and cut tomatoes on it.
Finally, cover the pizza with parmesan and bake for about 20 minutes to an appetizing tan.
