measures

How to make

Turn on the oven to preheat to 390°F (200 degrees) while you prepare the dough.

Sift the flour into a bowl. If you are using baking powder, mix it with flour and if you are using baking soda, mix it in yogurt.

After the milk foams up, pour it into the bowl along with the fat, salt and sugar.

Knead the dough, which should not be too sticky or too hard. Do not knead for a long time. If necessary, add more milk or a little more flour - a lot depends on the density of the yogurt you use.

Divide the finished dough into 8 balls and roll out each one of them. In the center put the stuffing prepared from the lightly beaten eggs mixed with crumbled white cheese.

Gather the ends and join them together. If it doesn't stick, it's not a problem, it even becomes more spectacular and beautiful to be slightly open.

Add the filling on top if you have any left.

Place the khachapuri in a baking tray covered with baking paper, at a short distance from each other.

Bake them in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.

They are great hot or cold.

Enjoy your meal!
