How to make
I cleaned the stems and seeds from the washed peppers.
I mashed the white cheese and the egg in a bowl, added some black pepper and a little melted butter (about a spoon).
Then I salted the inside of the bell peppers and filled them with the white cheese and egg mixture.
I put the bell peppers with eggs and white cheese in a baking pan and poured a little water on the bottom and a drizzle of oil.
I baked the stuffed peppers at 360°F (180°C) until done!
The stuffed red bell peppers with eggs and white cheese can be served with tomato salad or something else depending on the season.
