How to make
Spread the pizza dough out in a suitable tray. Cover it with a little tomato sauce, sprinkle with salt and basil and put to bake briefly in a heated oven.
Remove the pizza crust and brush it with more tomato paste. Top with thin slices of prosciutto, mushrooms, onions, pepper, sliced and pitted olives, then sprinkle with a little salt and basil. Leave to crisp for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and pour on the pre-beaten eggs evenly, then sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven immediately. Once the pizza gains a nice tan, it is ready.
