How to make
To make the dough, sift the flour with the salt and add the yeast. Pour the water and knead the dough.
Cover it and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour. Meanwhile, heat the onions and stew them along with the zucchini for 3-4 minutes.
Remove them from the heat, add the tomatoes, mozzarella, oregano and spices. Preheat the oven to 430°F (220 degrees). Roll out the dough and cut out circles from it.
Spread the mixture on them, fold them and press the edges with a little milk. Bake the Calzone pizza in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
