"When you want to cook something really tasty and aromatic for your family, it is time to grab the wok and roll up your sleeves."

Ingredients

  • pork - 11 oz (300 - 350 g)
  • fresh porcini mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • peppers - 4 pcs. (different colors)
  • onion - 2 large onions
  • vegetables mix - 7 oz (200 g) mix (peas, carrot, corn)
  • yellow cheese - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • salt
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • savory herb - crushed

How to make

Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices, clean and cut the peppers into strips, clean and cut the onion into crescents and grate the yellow cheese.

Put the wok on the stove and pour the oil to heat up slightly, then put the meat to fry (5 min.), by stirring often, so that it fries on all sides.

Then add the mushrooms and continue stirring periodically (7-8 min.), then add the onions and peppers (another 5-6 min. by stirring), then add the frozen mix (10 min.).

When it is almost ready, add as much salt as you like and a pinch of savory herb, stir for another 1-2 minutes, sprinkle with the grated yellow cheese and fresh parsley and remove it from the heat.
