Ingredients

  • long grain rice - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • carrots - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • onion - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • peas - 6.4 oz (180 g)
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • shiitake mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • soy sauce - 6 - 7 tbsp.
  • ginger - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • sesame oil - 3 - 4 tbsp.
  • salt - by taste
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) + 2 tbsp.

How to make

Prepare a pot of water and add a pinch of salt. For about 20 minutes, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package you have chosen. Be careful not to overcook it.

The idea is to steam the rice.

Boil the peas and add them to the rice. Prepare the carrot, garlic and onion, by finely chopping them. Add the grated ginger. Fry for ten minutes.

Grab a wok pan, pour 2 tbsp. of oil and sauté the mushrooms. Season with sesame oil and soy sauce. Pour the rice with vegetables and stir.

Add the eggs. Mix well, it is important that they are scrambled and cooked.

If you like, you can add a little more soy sauce to the Rice with Vegetables and Shiitake in a Wok.
