Wash the rice and then boil it in the vegetable broth and white wine.
Stir the cooked rice and cool it slightly.

Stir, until it turns into lumps and add the chopped pickles and carrots. Add salt and sprinkle with half a teaspoon of paprika.
Then add the rice and fry for 4-5 minutes, while stirring constantly.
