Ingredients

  • carrots - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • pickles - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • rice - 7 oz (200 g)
  • vegetable broth - 1 2/5 cups (350 ml)
  • dry white wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • olive oil - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.

How to make

Wash the rice and then boil it in the vegetable broth and white wine.

Stir the cooked rice and cool it slightly.

Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a wok pan and pour the beaten egg.

Stir, until it turns into lumps and add the chopped pickles and carrots. Add salt and sprinkle with half a teaspoon of paprika.

Then add the rice and fry for 4-5 minutes, while stirring constantly.

Serve the fried rice warm, as a main or side dish to a dish of your choice.
