How to make
Pour milk over the chicken livers and leave them to soak for 1 hour in it.
Cut the onions into crescents, the carrot into strips, the mushrooms into slices. First saute the onions and carrots in a pan, then add the mushrooms and once sauteed, remove from the pan.
If needed pour in a little more oil, wash the livers, dry them, roll in a mixture of flour, salt and spices and fry on both sides on medium heat.
Serve the fried livers with the sauteed vegetables.
