How to make
Smear the bottom of a small tray with butter or oil. Arrange a layer of baked peppers, open them up and spread out along the bottom.
Crumble the feta, mix it with the eggs and pour it over the peppers evenly. Then cover with peppers again.
Arrange thinly sliced pieces of butter here and there on top and put the tray in a preheated to about 390°F (200 °C) oven.
