Ingredients

  • pork - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • vegetable broth - 1 pc. (Maggie's)
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper - by taste
  • spring onions - 4 pcs.
  • green peppers - 1/2 pcs.
  • corn - 1 cup
  • peas - 1 cup
  • broccoli - 3 pcs.
  • parsley - 3 tbsp.
  • rice - 1/2 cup
  • water - 2 cups
  • oil - 1 cup

How to make

Clean the spring onions and chop them finely. Clean and cut the pepper into small pieces as well. Cut the 3 pcs. of broccoli into even smaller pieces. Cut the parsley into small pieces, (you need about 3 tbsp.) cut according to your taste, in order to add color and aroma to the dish.

Put the oil in a pan to heat up. Wash the meat and cut it into chunks. Fry it in oil. Take it out and place it on a plate for a while.

In the same oil, if necessary, add a little more, add the finely chopped spring onions and stew them. When ready, add the rice and stir it until it's translucent.

Add the pepper, corn, broccoli and peas. Stir and let them stew. Dissolve broth in hot water. Pour a little of the broth (about 1/2 cup) and stir.

Cook over low heat for a short time. Season with as much salt and black pepper as you like. Stir.

Pour everything into a baking pan and stir. Pour all of the remaining vegetable broth.

Add the meat in places. Bake the rice in a preheated oven to 430°F (220°C).

Towards the end, add put parsley on top.

The rice with vegetables and pork is ready.
