Ingredients

  • pork belly - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • potatoes - 7 oz (200 g)
  • carrots - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • onions - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • green beans - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • peppers - 2 oz (50 g)
  • parsley - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • black pepper - a pinch
  • bay leaf - 1
  • salt - 1 tsp.

How to make

Cut the pork belly into medium-sized pieces.

Put them in a container with cool water and boil.
