How to make
Heat the saj ahead of time on a stove or embers. Dice the meat. Take the insides out of the peppers and cut them into round slices.
Wash the carrots well and cut them into long strips. Peel the onion heads and cut them into slices. Peel the tomatoes and slice them as well.
Grease the bottom of the saj with a thin layer of oil. Put the chicken pieces in it and braise lightly on both sides, add salt and the rest of the ingredients, one by one. You can sprinkle 1-2 tbsp of water over the dish and let it saute lightly.
Once the meat is ready, take the saj off the heat. Serve in the middle of the table, allowing everyone to take as much as they like.
