Cut the chicken steaks in 2, sprinkle them with salt and black pepper, add the lemon juice and keep in the fridge for 1 hour.
Braise the chopped onions, peppers and carrots in oil in a pan. Once they soften, add the chopped mushrooms and cook until ready. In a separate pan, braise the chicken steaks slightly in a little oil.
Transfer them to a tray, along with the vegetables, finish cooking the dish for 10 min. in the oven.
