"Try it and you`ll see that yoghurt has always been and remains the best marinade for tender pork steaks."

Ingredients

  • pork steaks - 24.5 oz (700 g) neck steaks with bone
  • yoghurt - 6 tablespoons
  • water - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • paprika - 1 tablespoon
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • garlic - 1 tsp, powdered
  • cumin - 2 tsp
  • olive oil - 3 tablespoons

How to make

Mix together all the spices with the olive oil and smear the steaks with it well. Dilute the yoghurt with the water.

Put the steaks in suitable baking tray, pour the yoghurt over them, distribute it well to cover with the marinade.

Let the meat marinate about 2 hours in the fridge.

Once ready, take them out and bake with the marinade still on them in a preheated 370°F (190 °C) oven 40-50 min., depending on their thickness.

Serve with garnish of choice.
