How to make
The products are for 2 pieces calzone.
The puff pastry is divided into 2 equal parts and it is spread out. Combine the tomato sauce with the mayonnaise and mix well.
Spread the resulting sauce on both puff pastry sheets.
Add dried oregano on top. Arrange the turkey fillet, cut it into thin slices, on top of the dough.
The mushrooms are cut into slices and stewed in butter, until they soft. Spread them over the fillet.
Finish off with grated or very thinly sliced Gouda. If desired, you can add some processed cheese.
The two ends are twisted and overlapped. With a sharp knife make slight cuts to allow the steam to escape from the top.
They are smeared with yolk and baked in a preheated oven at 370°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
The calzone with turkey and gouda is very tasty.
