How to make
The milk is warmed up, the yeast is added to it and it is left to activate. In a deep bowl sift a little flour and make a well - add sugar, salt and the activated yeast in it. Stir.
Add the eggs as well. Mix well and gradually add the flour and knead a smooth dough.
Leave it to rise, then knead it again and divide it into equal sized balls. Each ball is rolled out well into a round shape.
Spread one half of the circle with butter and arrange the stuffing on top, which is - tomato sauce, ham, peppers, pickles and yellow cheese.
Cover it with the other half and smooth it out with your fingers.
Spread it with a little more butter on top and sprinkle it with yellow cheese (optional).
The calzone pizza is baked in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C), until it aquires an appetizing color.
The calzone with ham and pickles is ready.
