How to make
Put a pot of salted water on the stove. Once boiling add the macaroni. Boil according to packet directions.
In the meantime, chop the pickles and ham into small cubes.
Mix the yoghurt and mayonnaise in a bowl, add the black pepper and salt.
Once the macaroni are boiled, strain them, add the ham, pickles and mixture of yoghurt and mayo to them.
Stir well and add salt if needed.
