How to make
Pour the flour into a deep bowl, mix it with the salt and stir. Make a well in the middle, add the beaten egg and the activated yeast with the sugar and water.
Add the oil, stir with a spoon and you should get a thin dough, which cannot be rolled out. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Put one part in a greased baking pan, spread it out with your hands and leave it for 20 minutes to rest.
Spread the base with the tomato chutney, sprinkle with the spices, distribute the prosciutto, the chopped mushrooms and the corn.
Bake the pizza for 10 minutes at 430°F (220 degrees), sprinkle it with yellow cheese and leave it for another 2-3 minutes in the oven.
