How to make
Spread the dough out in an oiled baking dish and smear it with tomato paste that you've mixed with cream and pressed garlic. Arrange thick slices of ham, processed cheese and place small broccoli florets, pre-blanched for 1 minute, on the top.
Everything is sprinkled with a little salt and nutmeg and covered with grated cheese. Sprinkle with a little oregano and bake until you get a nice tan.
