How to make
The dough is rolled out on a floured surface. The dough can make one large family pizza or two smaller ones.
Transfer it into a baking pan greased with oil and sprinkled with flour.
Mix the tomato paste with a little olive oil from the canned tuna and spread it on the pizza, leaving a two-finger edge at the end, which should remain without tomato sauce on it.
Distribute the sliced ham, the tuna, the artichoke heads cut into large pieces, the pickled cucumbers cut into strips and the roasted marinated green peppers, grated cheese and whole olives evenly on the pizza.
Sprinkle with the crushed dry spices - oregano and basil to taste, pour a drizzle of olive oil, the leftover tuna from the tin and put the pizza in a preheated oven at maximum temperature, on a medium level and fan on.
It is baked until ready, until it becomes crispy on the edges - in my case, about 15 minutes, at an oven temperature of 460°F (240°C).
The pizza is cut into portions and served hot with a well-chilled beer or white wine.
The pizza with artichoke, tuna and ham is ready.
