How to make
Dissolve the yeast in slightly warmed water along with the sugar. Sprinkle with a little flour and leave it to rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes. Sift the flour with the salt into a bowl and make a well. Pour the risen yeast into the well along with the olive oil and the remaining lukewarm water. Knead a soft dough. Put it in a greased bowl and leave it to rise for about an hour in a warm place.
Make the tomato sauce by finely chopping the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil at a moderate temperature in a pan on the stove and fry the onion and garlic for about 3 minutes.
Add the diced tomatoes and spices. Stir well, reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer for about 20 minutes. If you want a very smooth sauce, after it has cooled, you can puree it, until a smooth sauce is obtained.
Cut the mozzarella, ham and processed cheese into thin slices. Grate the yellow cheese.
When the dough is ready, divide it into two equal parts. Roll out one part, based on the baking tray you will be using. The trays I use are round with a diameter of 12″ (30 cm).
Place the rolled out pizza crusts in the trays and spread them with the prepared sauce.
Garnish by arranging thinly sliced mozzarella on top of the sauce. Then arrange thinly sliced ham and processed cheese.
Sprinkle the baked pizzas with grated cheese. Bake each pizza in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes.
The easy pizza with ham, mozzarella and processed cheese is ready.
