How to make
The chicken fillet is cut into cubes and marinated for about an hour with the lemon juice, pepper mélange and soy sauce.
Heat oil in a pot and add the chicken, stew it until it changes color, add the savory herb.
Then you crumble the blue cheese and when it melts, add the flour (stir constantly) after it thickens, gradually add the milk, stirring constantly - it shouldn't get too thick.
When it thickens, add the broccoli (wash and cut into florets) to boil for about 2-3 minutes.
Be careful not to overdo the salt, soy sauce and blue cheese because all three are salty. I didn't add salt to the stewed chicken, by compensating with the other two items.
The Chicken with Broccoli and Milk is ready.
