How to make
Heat a little oil in a large teflon saucepan, put the crushed onion and chicken that has been cut into small pieces to braise, mixing them. Add hot water with the broth dissolved in it to cover the meat.
Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer until the meat is done, about 10-12 minutes. Mix the yoghurt, cream, curry and coriander together. Add broccoli and cashews and place everything into the pan.
Mix for a few minutes and remove it from the heat. Add salt to taste.
