How to make
In a small bowl, mix the honey, mustard, crushed garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and as much salt, black pepper and curry as you like.
Pour the mixture over the chopped chicken, mix it well, cover it and store it in a cool place for about 20 minutes.
Then I arrange the chicken portions in a baking pan and I place it in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 40 minutes (or more time, depending on the oven).
Check it lightly with a fork and if the meat separates easily, it's ready - the skin of the chicken with curry should be appetizingly baked. Take it out of the oven.
Serve the chicken with curry and mustard drizzled with the sauce and with garnish of your choice.
