"We have some doubts that when uploading the recipe, Iliana forgot the most important information - how much beer we need for these spicy chicken wings"

Ingredients

  • chicken wings - 1.7 lb (800 g)
  • corn flour - 2 - 3 tbsp.
  • black pepper - by taste
  • curry - by taste
  • hot paprika
  • uni sauce
  • dark soy sauce
  • ketchup - 2 - 3 tbsp.
  • sesame seeds - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • chicken broth - 1 cube
  • oil - for frying
measures

How to make

Wash the wings (preferably fresh, not frozen). Pour water over them, add a cube of chicken broth and boil them for 15 minutes.

Strain the boiled wings well from the broth in which they we're boiled in.

Put them in a bowl and season them with black pepper, curry, hot paprika, uni sauce, soy sauce, sesame seeds and ketchup. Mix them well and leave them to cool for 30 minutes.

Roll the flavored wings in corn flour and after 5-10 minutes fry them in oil.

Be careful, because the oil sprays lightly when they're being fried. Remove them from the fat and place them on a wire rack to drain the excess oil.

Serve them with an Yogurt Sauce.
