Ingredients

  • broccoli - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • liquid cooking cream - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • yellow cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • processed cheese - 1 package Philadelphia (175 g)
  • cheddar - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • gouda - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • blue cheese - 1.1 oz (30 g) by taste
  • ham - 9 oz (250 g)
  • potatoes - 2 pcs. (medium - sized)

How to make

Peel the two potatoes, wash them and cut them into small cubes as for moussaka. Wash them very well.

Grate the cheese, the Gouda cheese and the cheddar. Cut the blue cheese and processed cheese into very small pieces. Also cut the ham.

Cut or shred the broccoli florets and wash them well.

Put salted water in a pot and wait for it to boil. Then put the washed potatoes and boil them for about 5 minutes. Add the broccoli and boil for another 5 minutes. When they are cooked, pour them into a suitable baking pan.

Put the liquid cooking cream in a pan or small pot and wait for it to heat up. When this happens, add all the cheeses without the yellow cheese. Mix and season with black pepper and a little salt.

Pour the cream with the cheese into the baking pan with the potatoes and broccoli. Mix them and put them to bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 360°F (180°C).

Finally, sprinkle the broccoli casserole with the grated yellow cheese and return the baking pan to bake to the desired degree.
