How to make
Heat oil and butter in a pan until melted.
Add broccoli florets, most stems cut off.
Sprinkle with a little salt and black pepper, cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add finely chopped garlic cloves, stir and pour the vegetable broth dissolved in hot water.
Leave them on low heat, until soft for 15 minutes.
Finally, when the water has almost evaporated, pour the cooking cream and let the broccoli cook for another 5 minutes.
Remove them from the heat and sprinkle with grated yellow cheese. Great for lunch, quick and tasty!
The skillet broccoli with cream and cheese dish is ready.
