How to make
Cut the broccoli into florets and blanch them briefly in hot water.
Take them out and plunge them into ice water to preserve their color.
Boil the potatoes. Peel them and cut them into slices.
Stew the broccoli in the heated butter. Add the potatoes. Cook for 6-7 minutes and add the cream. Season with salt.
When the vegetables absorb the cream, the dish is ready.
Drizzle with lemon juice.
