  • gouda - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • broccoli - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • pork fillet - 4 slices
  • milk - 4 tbsp.
  • butter - 1 tbsp.

How to make

You can serve a stamppot as a side dish to a main dish.

To prepare it, first peel and chop the potatoes. If you want, boil them for 15 minutes in salted water.

Chop and wash the broccoli. Add them to the potatoes and leave them until they soften.

Strain, add butter, salt, milk and the grated garlic. Mash with a fork until you get a vegetable puree.

Roast the pork fillet in a non greased pan and cut the gouda.
