How to make
Cut the potatoes into circles, put them in a glass baking pan: a row of potatoes, a little broccoli, salt, savory herb, a little blue cheese and drizzle with a little cooking cream.
Then arrange potatoes, broccoli, salt and a little fresh parsley again (at home, we like it in larger quantities, so add as much as you like).
Finish off with potatoes and drizzle with the remaining cooking cream.
When the food is cooked, grate the yellow cheese.
