How to make
Clean, wash and cut the broccoli into small florets. Steam them in a suitable cookware you have.
While you're waiting for that, make the sauce. In a frying pan, heat some olive oil and seal the turkey meat, which you have previously cut into small pieces.
Remove and set it aside. Put the onion and garlic in the same fat, finely chopped. Wait a few minutes and add the cream, parmesan, cream cheese, chicken broth, salt and black pepper. Put the meat back in. Boil on low heat for half an hour.
Transfer everything for the casserole into a baking pan, add the broccoli and sprinkle with grated yellow cheese.
Heat the oven to 390°F (200°C) and wait for the yellow cheese to melt and bake.
