Ingredients

  • rice - 1 1/2 cups
  • turkey legs - 2 pcs.
  • onions - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • tomatoes - 7 oz (200 g)
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika

How to make

Wash and clean the rice. Cut the onion and garlic into small pieces and stew them.

Add the grated carrot. Add the rice and cook, until it becomes transparent.

Add the spices and tomato puree. Once it boils, transfer the dish into a baking pan and add the turkey meat (the meat you can use is from legs, fillets or steaks).

Pour water and cover the baking pan with foil. Cook, until the dish is ready.

Towards the end, remove the foil and cook the rice, until it's fully baked.

The oven-baked turkey with tomatoes and rice is ready.
