Ingredients

  • turkey breast - 6 pcs.
  • lemon juice - 1 pc.
  • olive oil - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 ml)
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • ground paprika - 1 tsp.
  • boiled eggs - 6 pcs.
  • mayonnaise - 7 oz (200 g)
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • gouda - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • parsley - 1/2 tsp.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • cumin - 1 tsp.

How to make

Combine the lemon, olive oil, parsley, finely chopped garlic, salt, ground paprika and cumin.

Put the turkey breasts in the marinade. Leave it in it for one hour.

Grate a boiled egg, finely chop the tomatoes and combine everything.

Add the mayonnaise and stir.

Arrange the turkey breasts onto baking paper and distribute the egg mixture on the breasts.

Sprinkle the grated cheese on the egg mixture.

Bake the turkey breasts with eggs and tomatoes in the oven at 390°F (200°C), until a golden brown color is obtained.
