How to make
The turkey breasts are marinated the night before or rubbed with the marinade and left at room temperature for at least a few hours.
The grated garlic and ginger are mixed with the oil, the spices are added and the meat is rubbed with them on all sides.
Transfer the marinated turkey breast to a suitable dish, cover with bacon and a little butter, add cherry tomatoes, thyme and rosemary.
The dish is baked in an oven heated to 360°F (180°C) until done under a lid. If desired, remove the lid for the last 10 minutes or so to roast the turkey.
Absolutely delicious.
