How to make
Start by cleaning the drumsticks carefully. Place in a pot and simmer, until cooked.
In the meantime rinse the potatoes and cut into wedges.
Arrange in a deep baking tray, add the oil and lard, season with salt, black pepper and seasoning. Set the pot aside and arrange the cooked turkey drumsticks on top of the potatoes.
Strain the broth and pour just enough liquid to cover the potatoes.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and cook for about 35-45 minutes, or until cooked.
Dust with paprika and serve the Turkey Drumsticks with New Potatoes warm.
