Ingredients

  • new potatoes - about 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • chicken wings - 1 plate
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper
  • savory herb
  • paprika
  • beer - about 1/2 cup
  • water - 1/4 cup
  • oil
  • fresh mint - for sprinkling

How to make

Peel the potatoes and if they are large, cut them and put them in a pot with boiling water and a little salt for about 5-10 minutes.

Take them out and place them in a baking pan. Wash the wings and place them on top.

Add salt, add the other spices, beer, water and a few tablespoons of oil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 460°F (240 ℃) for about 35-40 minutes or until they aquire a golden brown color.

Cut the mint and sprinkle it on top.
